Here at The County Dance Centre we teach two types of Ballroom dancing based exercise classes.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ballroom Blast! Fitness is solo Ballroom and Latin dancing (with some added extras such as Charleston and Argentine Tango). Choreographed routines to get your body moving and your pulse raising! medium to high intensity workout.

 

 

 

 

 

Dance & Tone is also based on Ballroom dancing but incorporates a resistance band and strength exercises. It gelps improve posture, function, balance and strength all while dancing! low- medium intensity. 

 

 

 

No partner is needed for either of these classes and you don't have to have any dance experience.

It doesn't matter what your fitness ability is, there is a class suitable for everyone!

 

DANCES COVERED - Waltz, Quickstep, American Smooth, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Jive, Paso Doble, Samba, Salsa, Charleston. Foxtrot, Swing Jive, Bossa Nova, Argentine Tango, Disco and Jazz
